Chef Thomas Crijns attended the prestigious Culinary & Hotel Management School of Namur in Belgium. During these past 20 years, Thomas has found his passion in sharing his traditional and authentic cuisine, while creating a warm and European atmosphere and ambiance, with the highest standards of service for each of his guests.
