Chef Thomas Crijns, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary & Hotel Management School of Namur in Belgium, has spent the past 20 years sharing his passion for traditional Belgian cuisine. His goal is to create an inviting, European-inspired atmosphere with the highest standards of service.
